ZACH JONES, President & Owner

Zach founded Ascend in 2002, the week he graduated high school. Prior to this, Zach had been working as a freelancer for a few years. In the early days, the company was a one-man show, with Zach doing everything.

Today, Zach is responsible for two things: business development, and ensuring his team has what they need to excel at their positions.

If you’re a prospective Client, or an existing Client looking to discuss strategy, you’ll be meeting with Zach.

Courtney joined Ascend with limited experience in our industry, but it became obvious quite quickly that she would be excellent for managing our operations.

Always learning new things, Courtney provides incredible value not only to Ascend, but our Clients. Her responsibilities include managing our designers/developers and ensuring projects are performed to spec and on schedule.

One of the great parts of being a smaller agency is that our Clients enjoy a single point of contact for all aspects of their project. From start to finish and beyond, Courtney will be your trusted partner.
