Every company says they focus on customer service. At Ascend, it is our primary focus.
At one time, our internal goal was to “be the Ritz-Carlton of web marketing providers,” to be known for taking excellent care of our Clients. That sounded great, but it wasn’t good enough. We want to offer better service and care to our Clients than they receive from any company in any industry.
We don’t have “customer service reps;” you’ll have a dedicated Client Concierge who is your single point of contact for anything you need. We don’t force you to use a confusing, tedious support ticket system like other providers. When you need assistance, you get to speak with an actual human being by phone or email, whichever you prefer.
